Ash was out in the front with Yogan sitting on the porch, keeping a careful eye on him. There was a slight shine of fatherly protectiveness in his eyes--looking out for his young. But when he realized he was growing soft, that feeling went away. He looked at the newspaper, assuming that nothing was going to happen to Ash. The boy tipped over somehow, and fell. Yogan sighed and got up, going to help the boy. Cornelius watched from a distance for a little bit before turning away to leave. He didn't understand why Yogan would deny his more gentle side.

Leon was walking and talking with another friend of his, Zelus. With Zelus, of course, was a boy with tan skin and golden eyes. He had long black hair. Alec knew he looked a lot like Kratos's best friend--exact actually, but darker and no emotions. Zelus pushed Alec jokingly. They were going away from the direction Catherine's house was. There was a party there and Alec had finished having some time alone with Catherine as well.
...well, at least Lucifina was the weekends, Alec had thought.
