After chaining Vladus to the wall, Ducan was only scratched deeply by Vladus. He had moved quickly in order to evade. Cornelius gave a small smile, a dark one. "You should have known about my illusions," he said. Ducan held down Yogan by gravity.

Ducan used his ability to try and push Vladus against the wall. Cornelius thought that having Yogan on the bed would be too much of a hassle, so he grabbed her hair and dragged her off. The helpless woman couldn't fight against her father since she was so weak. Her own powers were weak as well. Cornelius, after slamming the back of her head on the cell wall in the back, he chained her up as well. He bound her feet.
He caressed her cheeks like a father would for a daughter, gentle and careful. Then he scratched her face, making sure that the nails sunk deep into her skin.
