The baby girl cried her lungs out. KA, severing the umbilical cord, took the child into his arms. Then he dipped the towel in the bowl of warm water and cleaned the child off. Sylver folded his arms, his engagement ring glistening.

"I've decided on holding off any major decision. The hospital is continuing what they were doing. I was waiting for you to decide to either give him a lung transplant or oxygen therapy. I held off because the lung transplant will most likely kill him almost instantly. Oxygen therapy may not work. I guess it's easy to say that we're stuck in this situation and especially he has inactive TB which may become active at any given moment."
"Whatever it is that you know, your father doesn't know. If he did, he would most likely blame Sylver for it." KA said.
