Four years has passed and Gold has turned 19, Alex turned down any marriage proposal any man asked, being overprotective of his beautiful daughter. Sylver was 21 and was married. He lived in China but was visiting for the weekend with his wife, Onyx. The woman was expecting a baby, already eight months. Icy was 17 as of the moment and was in his final year of school. Alexander Cross, now a vampire, had changed a little from when he was human. He was more quiet, more distant and lost. He kept away from huge parties, feeling uncomfortable. But because of that, Alexander Simmons had paid more attention to him.
Alexander Simmons was dancing in the ballroom with his daughter. She was dressed in a lovely gown. Cross was standing in the corner, alone. Sylver was with his wife, talking to her. Icy was just dancing by himself.
Tanya and Raphael
Tanya was in the kitchen, making breakfast for everyone. Raphael was four, running around with his toy truck. The half-demon had the blonde hair of his father, but the dark gold eyes of his mother. Tanya smiled at her son before glancing at the picture of her long-dead husband, Alexander Cross.

The demon was sitting at the dining table, he had a small notepad in his hand and a pencil, the notepad had belong to Dupree, it had all of his patients in it, those that have died were crossed out, Majora had written Cross's name, but he couldn't cross it out, he didn't know why, he just sighed, staring at it.

Alex couldn't agree with his wife more as he brought Gold over to where Renea was. "I'm just so happy you've grown to be so beautiful, Gold." he said. Gold smiled. She smiled at her mother figure, "Icy sure has changed, especially after the car accident. He's much more cheery!" She looked over at Sylver, who was smiling at his wife as he still spoke to her. His eyes reflected the warmth and care he had. It was something Gold was happy about, and never seen in her brother's eyes.
